ABP Associates has been extremely active in the arena of preservation and restructuring of senior housing funded under the FHA 202, 236 and Section 8 housing that is reaching the end of their current HUD contract.

Actively involved in projects in various cities, we have recently completed the refinancing of 400 units owned by CODEC in Miami which brought much needed repairs and renovation to four Section 202 properties using the FHA 223f program in affiliation with Prudential Huntoon Paige Mortgage Company.

Our specialty is helping non-profit owners assess the feasibility of restructuring in order to face the challenges of our new world. Through a process of meeting with boards and staff, needs are identified, goals evaluated and a plan developed using programs currently available in the marketplace with a particular emphasis on the programs available through the use of HUD’s FHA programs.
