Denise performed localized small group training/workshops throughout the State of Georgia, focusing on multi-family leasing and occupancy requirements and practices for the Section 8 programs.
She regularly created and implemented ongoing Section 8 training for some of the State of Georgia Public Housing Authority executive directors and employees, as well as training for specifically designated employees of the Georgia State Housing Finance Agency/Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA).
