- Has been an Agent with Allstate since 1983.
- Currently owns three agencies in Alabama (Homewood, Leeds, and Irondale).
- First agency purchased in 1998, along with the building it was housed. This began the John F. Saddler, Agencies.
- In 2003, John purchased his second agency in Leeds.
- Was inducted into the Allstate Hall of Fame in May of 2011.
- In February of 2014, he purchased his third agency in Irondale.
