The budgets on the properties Kathy manages exceed $2.2 million. Accounting functions are fully automated and monthly reports are prepared on each property and entity. She also prepares payroll for the 30-plus employees and maintains the employees’ records through our payroll company.

Kathy has assisted in the preparation of Section 202 and 811 applications for Capital Advance funding. She has also been certified in Low-Income Tax Credits compliance through Georgia DCA.

Kathy came to HRC with 11 years in the Rare Book business and before that, 10 in the ceramic tile and marble industry, both in sales and management.

Kathy graduated from the University of Kentucky in Secondary Mathematics Education and received a Master’s from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Recreation Administration with a Specialty in Gerontology.
