The Cottages at Camden is a 17-unit apartment complex designed especially for active seniors, ages 62 and older.
All apartments are affordable where residents pay no more than 30 percent of their income for rent and utilities. Incomes must be under the current HUD-published income limits for this fiscal year.
The Cottages at Camden consist of 17 one-bedroom apartments with accessible features, in one-story buildings. Each apartment is 520-square feet comprised of a combination living/dining area, galley kitchen with roomy pantry area with beautiful carpeting and tile throughout.
